Today was my second dive ever, and it was SURREAL. We were actually really lucky cause the conditions were perfect and you cannot imagine how incredible is the underwater world.
Let’s say that I began this experience with very low expectations.. but it ended up unbelievable.
The dive center is pretty new, and the owner (Auf) is very kind. At the beginning they explained everything, like how to breath, the symbols and a ‘how to solve the problems underwater’ mini course, then we went to dive from the shore.
Once in the water Auf explained to me and showed me what to do in case of water into the mask or how to use the inhaler and then.. we dove.
The quantity of fishes, from little Nemo and Dory to big nurse sharks, from lobsters to starfishes is remarkable.. and for Mat’s happiness we saw so many big turtles..
Swimming between all those animals is mind blowing.
After 20mins (not sure about the timing) of diving we reached 6 meters deep and I thought we were about to get out of the water.. instead we kept going.. even deeper..
I reached 11.9m deep and 45 mins on my second dive 🤯!!
I’m so happy.
I just discovered a new world that I’m passionate about.
