and it’s also our first Christmas without family and miles away from home.
We woke up at 6.30, I brought coffee to bed, we worked a little bit and then we stand up to have something for breakfast. I went grocery shopping ’cause we were missing bananas, I looked in 3 different shops.. failed mission, it’s apparently impossible to find bananas in Malaysia on Christmas morning.. well today oat meal and peanut butter!
We are just happy.
Happy to be together, happy to be traveling, just happy!
And actually with 30° celsius it’s really difficult to feel the Christmas atmosphere.. 😅
It’s a working day, like any other day, we are in our “home” in KL, looking at Petronas Towers from our desk and I’m feeling lucky, happy and full of life.
I’m in love with life. I’m in love with Mat. I’m just in love.
We ate lunch, rice noodles with stewed peppers and grilled carrots, while editing. We ordered two brownies with Grab for dessert and they were delicious.
We may not feel the Christmas atmosphere, but it’s a special day, like every other day I’m with Mat.
