Our last day in Chiang Mai

Wow. WHAT A WEEK!

Chiang Mai is such a special place, I think it will be hard to forget.

We ate in so many vegan and delicious restaurants that it’s almost hard to believe..

We saw so many temples with bright colours..

We visited an Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, and the experience was insane. All the elephants are rescued and the majority of them have still physical proof of abuses.. it’s heartbreaking seeing such majestic creatures with broken ankles, hip problems or blind just because of humans.

Locals though were less friendly, but maybe we didn’t meet the right ones.

And with all of these I can properly say that our stay here was full.

And with a full and more conscious heart we are leaving this city.
